

These Terms and Conditions apply to your Car Valet UK one year membership card and govern the relationship between Car Valet UK ("we" or "us") and you. Use of your Car Valet UK membership card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. The Car Valet UK membership card offers you a one year membership at a fixed price of £50.00. This offers you a VIP discount of £10.00 off on a 5*plus valet and £5.00 off on a 5* valet.

To register and obtain your membership card please e-mail admin@carvaletuk.co.uk. Your Membership card is issued by, and remains the property of, Car Valet UK, Suite 307 Mill Studio Business Centre, Crane Mead, Ware, SG12 9PY.
Using your Membership Card
You can use your membership card at any of our site locations (For more details on locations, please visit www.carvaletuk.co.uk.) It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card.
Redeeming your discount
The membership card can only be registered against one vehicle.
You will need to present the membership card at the time of purchase and again at the time of payment. You will receive £10.00 off a 5*plus valet and £5.00 off a 5* valet.
The membership card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion whether issued by us or by any third party.
We may, on notifying you, forfeit and withdraw your membership card, if you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or you’re membership card, or if you supply false or misleading information.
Expiry and Cancellation
Your membership card will have an expiry date.
You have the right to cancel your membership card within 30 days of purchase by returning it to our Head Office, 307 Mill Studio Business Centre, Crane Mead, Ware, SG12 9PY. Once the membership card is received we will then issue the refund but not before.
If you wish to cancel your membership card you must e-mail and contact us at admin@carvaletuk.co.uk, but outside of the 30 days, you will forfeit the full membership fee (£50.00.)
If you only redeem your membership card within the one location closest to your home and that site closes, and there is no other alternate site location you can use then, within 6 months of your purchase we shall agree to refund the full joining fee.
Registering your Membership Card
If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your membership card, please e-mail and contact admin@carvalet.co.uk. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your details and to send your old membership card back.
Loss, theft, damage
You should treat your membership card like cash in a wallet. If you lose you’re Loyalty Card or if it is stolen you will be charged £5.00 admin fee to issue and send you a replacement.
It is your responsibility to take care of your card and if for any reason it becomes damaged and your details are illegible to read then we can refuse the right to accept the card as redeemable. You will be then be charged £10.00 for a replacement to be sent to you or otherwise the card will no longer be made use of.
It is your responsibility as the card holder to immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorized use of your membership card by e-mailing admin@carvaletuk.co.uk.
A replacement card will be delivered to your registered home address, usually within 5 days of you first notifying us of the incident.
Complaints procedure

Data protection and privacy
When registering and signing up for your membership card you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name, address and contact details. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
Except as required by law, or in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, your personal information will not be passed to any other persons without your permission.
Variation
We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any given time, or to terminate the membership card on reasonable notice.
We also reserve the right to change our prices at any given time, to include all site locations.
